Returns Policy


This website is owned and operated by AAC (The Anti Ageing Clinic). For all products we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return the products to us for a refund.

All products should not be opened or used and returned to us in the adequate packaging.

Please note: We cannot refund postage costs.

If you have benefited from free delivery we reserve the right to refund the cost of the products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products to you.

To receive your refunds please follow the instructions below:

  • Email us and advise us of your intention to return your goods and the reasons for the return.
  • Await reply from us to the email sent.
  • Send your goods and a copy of the email we send you to:

    Postage


    Stock permitting , we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 14 days for mail order shopping.

    Our delivery charge is FREE you will receive free postage anywhere in mainland UK.

    Please call or email us for advice as to costs to deliver to non mainland UK.

    Orders under 75.00 GBP or orders to UK offshore addresses e.g. Isle of White, Northern Ireland are sent out by Royal Mail first class post.

    Orders over 75.00 GBP sent to mainland UK addresses are sent by Parcel Force couriers, unless otherwise specified.

    Please note: Should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs occurred.
